My place is too cramped for barbell set and having one set aside is still too annoying to put together. I'd use them for slow squats, overhead presses, fireman walks, etc. There's also weighted vests too which I'm also considering, I'd run with the vests and do all the others mentioned above combined.

It's the next best thing after investing in a Capsule Corp gravity room.

I've been looking to buy dumbbells too and didn't realize how stupidly expensive they were.

Look up American barbell, I also emailed them directly and they allow you to go pick them up. Theyre in a shitty part of town. By that lowes in east side. But saved me 100 bucks shipping

Yeah, that's what's stopping me so far. Each one was about a hundred bucks.

If you are actually planning on using them it beats paying for a gym membership. You can lift anytime you want without having to wait for equipment to be available.

And the big reason. All the time spend driving/gas money spent going to the gym.
That is why I quit it.

Don't run with a weighted vest. You're going to wear out your knees. Real life isn't Dragon Ball.

Yeah, theres literally been a few times i went to the gym and saw how packed it was and said fuck this and went back home. I used to love my old schedule at work cause nobody is at the gym on a weekend night cause theyre all out partying. But now i can only go on weeknights and everyone and their grandma is aleays there. No more wasting gas and time.

No duh. I'd power walk with the vest or keep it under a certain weight if I ran.

I prefer adjustable. They offer a lot more versatility. Although changing weights is a bit of a pain.

Idk what your lifting goals are though, so conceivably 50s might be fine for you forever. Variations of exercises that make them more difficult could make them last a pretty long time for your gains. So either choice isn't bad
