CrossCode is mildly intriguing but I dont like the JRPGish story... I'm looking for one with more WRPG sensibilities (perhaps darker tone) Sans better options I might try it. FFVI was amazing in 1994. In 2022 its dated as hell and super boring. I'll play thru it eventually but I'll have to use an emulator to speed up the boring battles. --- 3DS FC: 4656-7003-5457 ... Ys? Ive only played Ys Chronicles and am currently playing Dawn of Ys but the whole series seems to fit the bill. Origins and everything up to Ys 6 are either 16ish-bit or 3D models but still harken back to that aesthetic. Great boss battles, great music, etc. --- Patient Gamer ... Copied to Clipboard!
