which did you like better

I was under the impression that Zelda 2 was universally disliked. After playing it and beating (literally for the first time ever about a week ago) I've come to find that not only did I really enjoy it, but I might actually prefer it to the iconic original. After some digging I've come to find that my opinion isn't quite as uncommon as I had thought... what say you CE? --- The Phantom has spoken! ... Copied to Clipboard!

Zelda 2 went overboard with its mishmashing of sidescrolling and RPG formulas. It's a game designed for trophy and achievement hunters tbqh.
