And when gaming with some friends the other day on Xbox, I muted my mic when my girlfriend called.

Since I assumed my mic was on mute, I took my headset off for a sec to talk to her. Usually put my phone on speakerphone so I dont have to hold it up. And I was still playing a round of fall guys.

Then my gf started talking about wanting to have sex later that night when we see each other, and there was a fair amount of dirty talk involved.

Turns out it my Razer Kiara headset was on mute, but the button breaks randomly and doesnt actually mute the microphone.

My friends heard the entire 15 minute conversation, every dirty detail and all.

thats what I thought, honestly. I love their products usually. But I confirmed it. Turns out my mute button USUALLY mutes my mic, but randomly 1out of 6 or 7 times it doesnt actually mute when I switch on the mute button.

very odd. Def gonna contact customer support and tell them my embarrassing story to see if theyre replace it free of charge.
