While it is a noble goal to bang asian women, you should work out to improve yourself be it for health reasons, or so you can do more fun things.

Gonna be real with you G. While I can't speak for all women I'd say that most women don't really care that much, beyond getting some nice arms and shoulders on you.

I'm more doing it to slim down than to gain muscle. I've always spec'd more towards cardio than strength, but I don't neglect that either. Stamina and technique help way more on this job than just pure strength, tho that can help compensate for me if I make an error >_>

Yup, you only get a power increase by training hard and that kinda shit resonates with people and even nerds will take this to heart and become jacked.

Part of why so many like anime where training and real effort is need to be more powerful not just magical bullshit.

It also feels good to go from a weakling to actually having strength after all that work so in a way its people being able to fulfill a fantasy.
