Even if you think the magnets are harmless the fact that they're shaped like throwing stars means people who see him throwing shit at their car in the mirror have no idea he's not armed. Almost every jurisdiction includes "alarm or annoy" as part of the lowest degree harassment charge. He doesn't get charged because he doesn't stick around the same area or state and the police don't waste time on a single instance in a parking lot, especially a white guy, although any cop or DA feeling like a dick easily can. If charged, it would be extremely easy to prove.

Yeah, this isn't what happens, at all. 99% of the time he puts magnets on cars the first time, he just places the shit down, often where the driver can see it. He didn't start using shuriken-shaped magnets until waaaaay late in the channel and he never 'throws' them until the driver actually drives away in a fit of rage post-confrontation.

Uh, no, it doesn't happen. You said he "throws the magnet" and the people "think" a weapon is being thrown at them. I literally explained in the very second sentence why that doesn't happen- because every single time he confronts someone, he doesn't "throw" shit, he places the magnet down on the car right in their field of vision.

The -only- time any throwing happens is long after the lazybones have already been confronted, have already started bitching to him about the magnets, and they try to drive away. By this point they're pretty clearly aware he isn't armed with a weapon. So... no. Nothing you said holds up.

4. It's not illegal to leave a cart

As someone with a disability on SSI, Im not walking on eggshells to baby people just cause they have any disability. I personally hate being enabled to be lazy just cause I can't do everything perfectly healthy people can. He's right that if she can grocery shop on her own, she can push the cart back where it belongs. You can be disabled and lazy simultaneously. Believe me, I know. Disability isn't an excuse to not have to do anything you don't feel like.

Let's walk thru it, shall we? A stranger approaches your car and asks you to put away your shopping cart. You refuse and he harasses you about it, calls you names. He's clearly filming you. You try to leave and he places something on your car. You get out, remove it, and tell him to go away. You try to leave again and he throws a ninja star at your car.

Even if you're ok with the rest, that last thing? That's too far. People have been convicted of assault for pointing obviously toy guns at people. He is committing a misdemeanor, at the very least, at that point
