I havent traveled outside America yet. Its definitely high on my bucket list. I had the opportunity to visit Europe, but I turned it down. The timing wasnt right for me. I want to travel the world one day. (If money isnt an issue in the future)

Awh, yeah I only really had the opportunity that year and the rest of my life I've only travelled to other provinces for family visits. Although did go state-side recently to visit my sister.

Hope things line up for you!

How many hours do you spend on the internet a day?
Pretty much subtract sleep time and that's the answer... which typically is 5am to noon so let's give another 2 hours to personal maintenance and say 15 hours of internet for a typical day.

With hobbies I'm usually multitasking shows the computer, and most programming projects are web dev stuff (and again, multitasking) sooo yeah always online.

Q3: Upcoming game you're looking forward to the most?

Ive grown to the point where I look back, and I dont see anything I wish I still did. Maybe hang out with friends more often? Back in the day I was hanging out with groups of friends almost every day being adventurous young and dumb.

What's one thing that can instantly make your day better?

Good response, yeah. I get that.

For me, it's easily music. I try my best to not get upset at anything too often, but if I do, just turning on the right song can make me forget about the whole thing instantly anyway. Settling down with a cup of tea or coffee and watching something good instantly boosts my mood too.

What's something that you believe that most other people don't?

The only beaches around here are lakeshore beaches. Some of them are actually pretty good if you know where to look. The lack of ocean breeze can be a benefit because the ocean doesn't always cooperate. The "beach" from last week... well there wasn't much of anything left of it. Lake Winnebago is high. Wish they could "scoop" a tank full of that water and go deliver it to some place having a drought.

Here, have another picture from last fall, this one at a different location in WI's Driftless Area:
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/user_image/1/2/9/AAR0ZFAADneh.jpg

Drums sound like a LOT of fun to learn, but the expenses are astronomical. Hell, my drummer friend (from the band I keep telling you about) said that just the cases cost $500 minimum. And that's just the cases for packing them up! If I wanted lessons, I'd ask her.

Since I keep bringing up that band and you like rock/metal, you might like them. Here's the playlist for their latest album:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm1jKy8pVp4&list=OLAK5uy_lt-3lgrgOToYhX4uysv2H4EdDVw4qVhTM&index=1

I should go to more concerts... once I have money, anyway. It's not cheap for a one-night experience and you gotta eat out and... yeah.

As for Pokemon Legends: Arceus, it's a good game but I wouldn't quite say a great one. It's got fun catching mechanics but it starts to get stale after a while. There aren't many trainers to battle, because this is an "origin story" sort of thing. Poke Balls have just been invented! It's kinda cool in that regard. I played a little today and actually made some progress for the first time in months. You might enjoy it, you might not. It does feel refreshing but it really should tweak some other things too.

Trying to think of the last movie I watched. It's been a while since I've sat down and watched one in full since I was watching Survivor South Africa four days a week since mid-July (I'm serious) and that ate up most of my watch time. That and watching The Price Is Right several days a week while working out (since it's pretty much perfect to hop on the stepper and play along to). It may have been a rewatch of No Time to Die a few months back, even. Not totally sure.

I DO have a movie project coming up here that I've merely alluded to, and something I put on the backburner a ways back, AND a playthrough, AND... yeah I'm over-promising and under-delivering. Go me.

What are some of your favorite movies of all time?

@MetalmindStats Whats your favorite band that formed in the 80s?
That's cool! Rock and metal aren't my personal favorite genres (ironically enough), but I do often enjoy them.

Now that's an interesting question - while the 80s are my favorite decade for music in general, most of my favorite artists went by solo billing and/or didn't get started in the 80s. My answer isn't very interesting, though; Tears for Fears is my favorite band in general, with a hefty nostalgia assist in that they've shaped my tastes in music. To me, their entire 80s output (and even some beyond) is golden.

Not sure what that was - it wasn't very dry here (that day was kind of damp too), and that was last October before the leaves had fallen. This year has been way wetter, though. WAY. It's been awful with the humidity especially considering we don't have an ocean breeze to offset it.

Glad you enjoyed the track! They've been making music for 25 years now, which is insane (their first album came out in 2000, and it's interesting to see their artistic evolution). And yeah, there are many good movies from different genres... really, every genre except romance, where they're all the same story about attractive people boning.

Whats your favorite thing about space?
Gosh, I... don't know where to start here. Let's throw out a few possibilities:
  1. The possibility of interstellar travel. Like how cool would that be to get to warp at light speed?
  2. The "clusters" of stars appearing as constellations to us - they're merely stars near each other in most cases and don't follow any particular pattern. We just see it that way, and some of the constellations "official" descriptors aren't what I see.
  3. Eclipses and the science behind that is so fascinating.
  4. Earth existing as something entirely different from everything else. Pretty much every other planet we've discovered is either a big rock or a gas giant... or both, in the case of Venus. I do remember hearing about another earthlike planet light-years away that turned out to not have the right atmosphere. Like planetary differentiation is pretty cool.
  5. Of course, the possibility of alien races existing, and what they'd actually be like... and how we'd communicate with them. Like the body language may be VERY different on other planets.
Space fascinates me, honestly. I want to devote more time to studying that but that's more of a luxury, since it's not something I can see myself having a career in.

I haven't, and looking into it... I don't have a Discovery Plus subscription to be able to do that. I went ahead and watched the "Our Observable Universe" on YouTube as an intro.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVJRS4oZ5ak

The most mindblowing bit was that there's no way light can get to us from a certain distance because of how we're seeing light emitted 13 billion years ago - since there's an actual edge of space because of the universe's creation. That's why there's nothing we can see beyond there, and won't be able to as long as humanity is around without anomalies (and one of those exists). Unless we find stuff with crazy fast technology. That's my new learning for the day - it's certainly usurped everything else! (holy crap Moogega sighting - I was like "I know her" and it dawned on me that she was on King of the Nerds. Hard to forget a name like hers!)

This looks fascinating, and just the kind of thing that I would actually learn things from. I wish I had the kind of time to watch something like that. An episode every day or two would be best for something like that. Science shows aren't exactly bingeable because you don't remember as much if you watch five hours a day. That and I have my movie project coming up (as alluded to in my topic). Any must-see episodes I should track down? May have to just start with that.

In addition to that, what do you like best about space? Anything I should look into?

My mind goes to Sci-Fi alien worlds. What's most likely to be accurate? It's fun to theorize. It's fun to wonder what aliens would REALLY be like. Would they be ahead of us? Behind us? Would they be friends with us? Would they hate us? Would they have extremely different mannerisms? The thoughts are endless but I'm too tired to really answer anything right now.

Looking forward to the movie! Hope all goes well.

As a kid I wanted to be a videogame developer. I wanted to make videogames for a living. As I got older into my high school years I wanted to be in a band, and make music. Which I did for a short while, but we never recorded an album. I really wasnt the greatest at the guitar at the time.

My dream is pretty much the same since high school. I just want to live comfortably off of music. Being in a band and touring the world is a dream of mine. I have around 12 unfinished songs written down since 2019. Ive gotten a lot better at the guitar since high school. I truly believe deep down that I can achieve this dream because I have this vision of the music. I just cant see this music failing in the scene. Its that good and unique. Finding a good drummer and singer is probably the hardest part which Im anxious about because I only have one shot with these songs. Exposure is also something thats been on my mind. The music scene is so crowded that its easy to get lost in it even if youre fantastic. You can be a phenomenal band, but get less than 1000 views. Might need to do a publicity stunt to promote lol. Im taking it very slow and Im not rushing anything.

Can you share the plot of the movie youre working on? What involvement do you have in this movie? Movie genre?

Playing football in 8th grade - our gym teacher was the quarterback and he threw me a pass when of my friends charged me full speed to make sure I didn't catch the ball. It felt like I was sent 5 feet in the air. I landed hard on pavement, on my wrist and chin. It was bad, I was bleeding from my chin like a faucet and my wrist had fractured. I got stiches in my chin and wrist and I was in a cast for about a month. No hard feelings towards anyone though!

Ouch..

Im genuinely trying to think of the most embarrassing moment I had. Theres nothing that really stung. I have small embarrassing moments, but I handled them pretty well. Maybe something small like waving to somebody that wasnt waving to me.

I have a creepy moment I can share. I was in the woods with a few friends hanging out by a river and a random truck pulls up in the distance, and we see this guy taking multiple pictures of us with flash on. He eventually drives off in his truck. Makes me wonder if this guy was a serial killer. We were all creeped out and left. We never went back to that spot.

Do you exercise and/or go to the gym?

Holy shit, that is super fucking sketchy. Glad he didn't do anything more.

I started exercising regularly at the beginning of the year. Try to hit 30 squats a day at least, then however many push-ups & sit-ups I can do, with a brisk jog every other day and a hike once a week. Don't go to a gym though, just do it at home. It's made a good difference in my life.

Ever stolen anything?

In the early years of high school Id sometimes steal food and soda from the vending machine they had in the back of a hallway. All you had to do was reach in deep and grab whatever was on the bottom row.

Okay, it's not actually a movie I'm working on, it's a video game, and it's a side project I'm undertaking solo. Basically it's a Persona-like plot, but I've tried to blend elements of it that work and get rid of those that don't - i.e. the lack of an antagonist you hate for pretty much the whole game. The bad guy here is clearly involved from the start, even if you don't meet him until later. The protagonist, Rayleigh (who I talk about here from time to time - her name is derived from an astronomical unit to measure photon flux; finding that was a happy accident that made me go "Yeah, that's her name" since it was so perfect), and her companions go into movies to get rid of the corruption the bad guys are putting into them - the shit that they're trying to use to influence lemmings utilizing media. That's become a problem in the industry as of late: There's too much political nonsense stuffed into the movies that get attention, and movies can't just be fun anymore. Eventually, I am going to want somebody like-minded to help me with either the programming end or the art end. I can do either but it's gonna take years before I get anywhere.

I've only ever written one movie script, back in the summer of 2010, which was an action movie where a thinly-disguised Steve Jobs-era Apple were the bad guys trying to take over both the tech industry and the world. It was fantastical action movie fare, nothing more. I never shopped it around to agents or studios and wouldn't be able to do so now, because... Apple's not as evil without Steve Jobs. Times have changed. Tim Cook isn't half the villain that Jobs was.

The project here should be posted in the next few days. I do hope people take to this.

I'm glad you have ambition with your music! But yeah, the band I linked you to doesn't really want fame - they want to make music and get paid enough for their efforts. That's it. There are a few keys to success that people don't remember, namely band chemistry, advertising, and patience. The first is self-explanatory - if you're not all on the same page, the music doesn't sound as good. Like-minded people in your band is huge; and I suggest forming a trio. Trios are more likely to stay together than bands with 5+ members, which eventually devolve into wars of egos, especially with success. That's less common now that there aren't as many bands due to the devolution of the industry into marketing singers as opposed to songs, so bands don't make it like they used to.

Advertising is important to budget for - you want people to come to your release party. You want to get noticed. You want word of mouth to spread, over social media and in person. You want to then advertise to record execs that you have something going that they should want to get in on. With patience, sometimes you have to record the same song many times until it sounds -JUST- perfect. You keep going until every little note from each instrument is just the way you want it, aka the Mutt Lange approach. Some rookie bands just rush it and go "that's good enough" when it's not. Sounds like you understand this part.

(P.S. Most of our music crew, myself included, does Rank the Tracks here every week, as I've mentioned. Maybe you should pop in there this week, or whenever it's an album you at least like)

What bands/artists are your influences? And what do you think sets you apart from them?

What bands/artists are your influences? And what do you think sets you apart from them?

I hope you enjoy the journey into making that game! Sounds like a lot of work!

Thats an interesting movie idea I like it. Speaking of Apple my first smartphone was an iPhone 4 in late 2010.

I agree a lot of factors play into making a record and forming a band. Also being in the right spot at the right time is important. I daydream a lot about these things. I personally dont chase fame or money in music. Having good times is what I look for. Obviously money would be a nice addition, but it wouldnt change my behavior.

I cant say I have any big influences from artists/bands. My influence is everything I experienced in my life. I take everything and I put it into music. Ive been through a lot of emotional pain growing up. Music is my voice. Whether its depressing stuff, happy stuff, other emotions etc. When I picked up the guitar I didnt really get influenced by anyone. I try to come up with my own stuff without copying a band and twisting it into my own art.

The thing I personally believe will set me apart (hopefully) is the tone of the songs. I play in exotic open tunings, and not many bands do this in rock/metal. I feel like every note has been hit in any standard tuning. You get unique sounds in these exotic tunings. Also, the song structure will be unique in this genre. Its hard to explain really. Its like taking World Music/Ambient/Folk/Celtic/Jazz and mixing it with Rock/Metal/Punk/Pop Rock in a way I havent heard before. Having a great drummer and vocalist is very important too. We cannot have a generic sounding drummer or vocalist. We really need to stand out of the crowd.

What countries were your grandparents born in?

Thats the most physical I got with someone. Ive been chill with most people throughout my life. I dont like negative energy and people. I avoid it.

I did do backyard boxing once with a friend back in high school. That might count as a physical fight.

Good! I'm the same way. Try not to be aggressive towards anybody.

To be honest I'm not really close with most of my extended family either way. I guess I would say my father's side because his mom (my grandma) lived in the same apartment I did growing up. So I always had her around!

Yeah, even writing a game is a lot of work, and you need that to get off the ground. I gotta learn either art or coding and need somebody like-minded to do the other. I can learn but it'll take me a while, especially as I slow down as I get older. I feel a lot older than I am for whatever reason.

My first smartphone was a Samsung GS1. Didn't want any of Apple's overpriced trackers from back in the day. The movie was every much an action flick as it was a criticism of Apple's desires to take over the world, including suing Samsung over Android phones because Apple had a patent for things they didn't invent. Thankfully, Apple's attempt at making that reality failed, so the criticism is no longer needed. They've mellowed out quite a bit but could stand to treat their employees better.

I'm glad you aren't chasing fame - that's a mistake a lot of rookie musicians make. They say they're going to make it big and they don't. Same holds true for writers. The wish should be to fund a living doing what you love, not to get rich and famous. Because with money and fame comes TMZ stalkers and crazed lunatics fawning at you when you're stocking up on your usual stuff at Target. Taylor Swift has a lot of songs that are very critical of the celebrity culture, because all she ever wanted was to make a living by writing music. She didn't want the stalkers or twits obsessed with every guy she's kissed. She wants to be a person just like everyone else.

The fact that you're taking life experience and setting a soundtrack to it, especially if it's melancholy yet exotic, is huge in relatability - we've all experienced emotional grief at one point or another. That's great and something you should definitely continue that. But one thing with making a band - you need to be aware of who you'll be compared to, and you need to be able to compare yourself to another artist. If you say "I'm new and different, there's nobody like me" record execs usually respond "We've heard a lot of people say that before, kid." They will think you lack self-awareness, and the end product isn't marketable. If you say "it's like crossing Enya with Van Halen" or w/e you see yourself as, THEN you might be able to attract some people who are intrigued by how that works, some of which may be fans of either artist. If you don't have any comparisons, you won't get noticed. You want to at least make enough money to fuel those good times. Sadly, most major-label record companies these days market artists, not music, so you're gonna have to go for an indie label. Good luck.

To answer your question, my grandparents were all born in North America AFAIK. Three were born here in the States and my grandma (who recently passed at 99 y/o) being French Canadian. Never met my mom's mom - she died of breast cancer in the 70s. My mom's dad was born to German immigrants. My dad's dad... might've been a second-generation? IDK. He's been gone for a decade as of next week, and I miss him :(

That went longer than I thought it would! For you: What's your go-to in depressive times? Like... what do you watch/play/do to lift your spirits up? I know "play guitar" is one such thing, but do you have any others?

I miss my paternal grandparents a lot. They brought all our family together during holidays and weekend parties. So many beautiful memories. When they pasted away in recent years all of that stopped. They were the glue to the family. Their house was sold which I sadly miss. I wanted that house, but my uncles wanted to sell it for money.

My maternal grandparents are still alive. Theyre both in their early 90s. I really need to start spending more time with them.

When I am truly depressed I do absolutely nothing. I dont even have the appetite to eat. I dont watch/play anything. Usually I just suffer with it unfortunately. If I force myself to do something that would lift my spirits I would probably exercise. Do some cardio in the house and lift light weights. (Which I normally do on a regular basis)

Whats the phone app you use the most?

I miss my paternal grandparents also - the only times everybody got together, they were involved. Now, I don't see us having such a gathering, but I did see my dad's brother, his wife, and my two cousins (plus one's wife and kid) this past weekend. It's just that I see them by group, instead of all at once. I'd think that the three groups all living in different parts of the country has a lot to do with that.

My mom's dad is very stern and strict - he was raised a strict German and parented the same way. My mom isn't particularly close with him even though she sees him once a month or so. It's just that she wants to spend the obligatory time with him before he goes, and he's deteriorating. My mom's stepmom is still very talkative and is considerably younger than him so I have more of a relationship with her.

I feel you there. I get into ruts all the time, and there have been many when I stagnate and stare into space at my computer, amounting to nothing. That's been the case some of the time as of late, but I'm still balancing that with actually playing and watching stuff. I eat more in these ruts because it's a stress release. So is in-home cardio, but unfortunately the vigorous variety is kinda on hold for a bit because my elliptical broke and I gotta fix it. I like watching The Price Is Right when I'm on that thing because it's engaging play-along that is not too intensive. I tried doing the same to Jeopardy and that doesn't work well. Too hard to play along when you're focusing on a workout.

The phone app I use the most? Well, uh... most of what I use daily is the basic stuff: Firefox, Gmail, Messages. Camera several times a week. I play Sudoku quite a bit, but whatever game I use ebbs and flows since I switch around. After that... maybe Facebook? Maybe YouTube? I don't honestly know. I'm very light on the phone apps and no, that's not because I lack space on this $250 Android. It's just because I like it that way.

Here's something a little different: You can say up to five words each to any three people - celebrities, politicians, historical figures, relatives (dead or alive), exes, etc. - of your choosing. Who do you choose and what do you say?

My dads parents were born in Germany, and they lived through WW2 at the time. I remember them telling me that their schools/hospitals were bombed. My grandma said that her brother committed suicide during these times because of all the chaos. They moved to America in the early 60s, and thats when my dad was born.

5 words thats tough If I actually had the opportunity to say 5 words I would think for hours on what to say.

I choose my paternal grandparents. For the third I choose my lifelong best friends mom. She was like a second mother to me. She helped me through so much. We have countless memories together. She recently died earlier this year from a brief battle with cancer. Im crying right now just thinking about it all. Its just so sad. I wrote a song about her. Its an acoustic instrumental. My friend and I worked on the lyrics. I definitely have to record it one day.

Honestly I wouldnt know what 5 words to say. I guess Youre not forgotten. Love you. Id say that to all 3.

How about you?

Hmmm I guess all my dreams could be considered weird in a way. I cant recall any that I remember specifically. My most recurring type of dreams are about being in high school. I really dont know why these are my most recurring dreams, but it is.

Favorite fruit?

Pineapple! And yeah my dreams are weird as hell too.

What's the worst movie you've ever seen?

Honestly I cant think of a worst movie. I dont often watch movies, but when I do theyre usually the good ones.

I remember watching a movie from the 1910s, and it was incredibly boring. I guess that one lol. I forget the name of it

Yeah, all my great-grandparents were here by the time of WWII, and all my grandparents were American citizens. Not sure on many details. I never met any of my great-grandparents. They were all gone by the time I could form a coherent sentence.

I did mean for that to be a tough question - I'd think for a long time, too. It's also difficult to pick the right people. And the five word limit makes it even harder. I'd probably choose my paternal grandparents too, and say something along the lines of "Miss you every day." The memories are all there.

The third would be something completely different - someone who's alive. My dream girl. It's hard to form a five-word workable pick-up line that would amuse her and get me a date, but something along the lines of "Let's make our dreams reality." Something tells me she'd just know what that means. (I don't want to post her name here for her own privacy)

The flexibility of it. I'm an independent seller on Ebay. Make up my own hours, though you have to be prepared at all hours regardless. It's nice because I get to write and use photography which I both enjoy immensely.

What's something really rare you want?

Hmmm the most ambitious

Probably learning the guitar all by myself. Im self taught, and I have near 10,000 hours on it. Maybe planting around 2000 trees when I volunteered for an organization. Also learning how to kickflip and heelflip on a skateboard. I remember I was so happy the first time I landed it.

Ill look into that movie topic. Im not the best at movies, though. Ill try to think of 2000s movies I remember watching. I wish I had more time for movies. Im quite busy with other stuff so I dont often watch movies. I do plan on seeing Clerks 3 soon!

Ooouuuu a dream girl? Is this a friend? Mutual friend, coworker, someone online, celebrity? Are you a girl? I just get vibes you are for some reason. Sorry if youre a dude lol. Its all good.

I havent used ebay in forever. Great website I might have to check out again.

I kinda want to try those space flights those billionaires are doing. Seems fun, but also scary.

You've certainly had a much more productive life than I have. Or so I feel. I can't think of anything I've done 10,000 hours doing that isn't a bodily function (including sleeping, breathing, etc.). Gaming is probably the only thing that's come close. Watching Survivor is probably only like 2000 hours.

I did look for Clerks 2 for you but didn't find it, so sadly I won't be watching that one. You can just pick anything from THE LIST you would be interested in seeing me do a write-up about!

I'm a guy, but yeah my username can confuse people there. And I don't want to talk about my "dream girl" openly on here, given... some history with this place, back when I had a thing for a pseudo-celebrity. That's simply something I want to keep private now, even though those previous incidents were years ago. It's a lesson that stuck with me.

Also sorry for the wait - I shouldn't be as busy going forward, thankfully. I'm exhausted.

Question: What's the thing you look for most in a mate? (for me, it's being patient without losing a sense of humor - acceptance is a key part of that tbh)

That would be totally cool!

My scariest experience is probably back in the summer of 2014, going through a bed bug infestation. Literally everywhere. Sleep was a total nightmare and days were spent placing barriers and curbing the infestation anyway and anywhere we could. It lasted literal months. We got through it though. Replaced every piece of furniture and bedding we had. I wouldn't wish bed bugs on my worst enemy, I swear.

Who is your inspiration and why?

Near 10,000 hours isnt incredibly impressive. I did the math and I usually play around 2 hours a day. Ive been doing this for 10 years. 3652=73010= 7300 hours. I did play the guitar for more than 10 years, but not as consistently since 2012. I added another 1200 hours by guesstimating. So yeah, around 8500 hours played. I might have more hours in gaming because Ive been gaming since I was a kid.

Other posters have posted movies I wouldve said from the list. Ill check for the write-ups when they come.

To answer your question: Having a good sense of humor is really high up there. Good cooperation is a must. Bonus points if they have the same interests.

What are you currently wearing? Do you have a favorite piece of clothing that you have?

In middle school I was by this one person in 7th grade. This guy used to smack me in the head in front of his friends to get a laugh going. I did absolutely nothing to him. I shouldve punched him in the face, but I know he wouldve whooped my ass. If he had the dignity to hit a defenseless girl (let alone anyone) he definitely would have fought back. Im the not violent type, and I didnt want the suspension. I also never told on him. Dude was a scumbag at the time. This wasnt a constant thing that happened, though. Maybe around a few dozen times the whole year. He eventually changed in high school and became a better person.

What a dick. You did the right thing not fighting back.

Only a few times here and there. Well... there were attempts anyway. The worst time for me was after school a group of classmates ganged up on me and punched me around a little. Other than that I wouldn't call any of them very successful. Words don't bother me in the slightest and I know to how defend myself against most physical attacks if it ever came to that.

The inverse: have you ever bullied anyone?

The fact that you're practicing every day is impressive. Don't devalue that. You've committed to something that many others could not. Me, I'd have gotten bored after a few months. Should see how long I last with this thing... I got it for free but it cost me like $100 to fix it up and get a case.

THE LIST is the Google doc in the opening post. That's what I was able to acquire. The good stuff probably got picked clean when the discount was 10%. But I now have 200+ movies to watch. Wish me luck LOL.

Sorry to hear about that dick in middle school. I never got physically bullied but the mind-games... yeah those were bad. Those magically stopped come high school because my mom worked there and they knew that if they crossed me, they were dead meat. Middle school is just the worst in general because the hormones are raging yet nobody knows how to control them. But... a guy hitting a girl does NOT sound normal. Sucks that you couldn't make an example out of him, but it sounds like someone else did so that's good at least.

I'm wearing a turquoise polo shirt, khaki shorts, and a white visor right now. Pretty typical - I only wear polos and t-shirts; some are "warm weather" and others "less warm weather." I haven't worn a long-sleeve shirt in a few years, even in winter, because I run like a blazing inferno, and I've only gotten warmer as of late. I wear shorts in summer and jeans or khakis in winter, since my legs are the only part of my body that gets cold. I always have a baseball hat or visor on - have since I worked in an office and had a fluorescent light directly in my face, and nobody said anything when I wore a hat every day. I hate excess amounts of light; when I worked at Target, I got this approved not too long before the company started allowing all employees to wear hats, since that store had way too much light before the remodel. I'm now at the point where I feel naked without a hat on. Oh, and I wear sneakers for shoes - there's never an occasion for me to wear anything else.

I don't have a single favorite piece of clothing per se. I've had some of my shirts for over a decade; the one I'm wearing I got in 2011 (it's one of the few I recall a date/reason for). Pants don't last even close to that long since they tear as I'm seated (and fluctuate with my weight).

...I typed out a lot more than I intended to there, lawl. I really don't care about what I wear that much. I just make sure the colors don't clash and everything looks presentable. That's it.

A twofer in the same vein: What do you like to wear (shoes/hats/whatever included)? What do you like a potential mate to wear?

I never bullied anyone in any form. Im a very laid back person. I always hated witnessing bullying, but I didnt have a voice. I never wanted to get involved. Once high school started I didnt witness bullying happening as much. I did see fighting increased, though. It was definitely about relationships/cheating etc.

Have you ever bullied anyone? Ever been in a physical fight?

Well, in fact, I have. Back in 3rd grade, I was really mean to a special needs kid. I didn't want to work with him or even sit next to him because I thought he was strange and weird. The teacher eventually forced me to though and well it actually taught me to be more tolerant and respectful to others, regardless of differences. So even though I do regret doing it, I also recognize it helped me become a better person and I've never bullied anyone since or even thought about it.

I've been in a handful. Never started by me, it was only to defend myself or to help out others. As I've said, I'm a very laid back and chill person too but some situations are unavoidable.

What's something you regret parting with? Or alternatively, the saddest thing you ever lost?

For shoes I have stuff like Vans, Nike, Converse. I have a pair of black Crocs I sometimes wear if Im going out for a quick second. Sometimes Ill wear shorts or a skirt. I usually wear jeans or black leggings. I am looking forward to cooler temperatures. I like wearing comfy hoodies! I have a leather jacket I really like. Im the type that gets cold easily. Today felt like November it was pretty freakin cold out.

If I was in the dating pool I wouldnt care what someone wore. As long as the clothing isnt obnoxiously bad. I rarely judge people by their clothes.

What was your favorite childhood movie?

Hmmm I dont regret parting with anything to be fair. The saddest thing I ever lost? Family members, friends, pets. Its hard to pick the saddest.
