My skin and scalp dries out and it's not healthy for my skin or hair. I'll make sure to wash my face with cold water regularly though. For whatever reason my body doesn't sweat unless it's really hot. I have to literally drive with my heat on in my car in the summer to sweat. But of course I never forgo deodorant or body spray.
