Go into a store, test the switches (clicky, semi-clicky, and linear(smooth)). Now you know what types of keys you like. Actually make sure you like mechanical keyboards first, particularly the height and feel of the action/type of keys you're going for. Spent like $150 on one that had a bunch of features that were nifty and I didn't care about (RGB nonsense), and then had the singularly crap function of 1) keys so high i felt like my hands need to hover and tap in a very specific action, and 2) a big fuck off wire that clutters my desk.
