For me, I feel it towards Splatoon 1. Never played it, never really had any interest in it yet seeing the thank you video celebrating all the splatfests in Splatoon 1 made me feel nostalgic even though I never played it. Could possibly due less with the game and more with the fact that that was 6 years ago now, and I'm being more nostalgic for the time rather than the game, dunno lol.

I don't like the fact that the Switch and all the games that came out during launch year are now considered old enough to be nostalgic >~> hell I still remember what I was doing the night before Nintendo revealed what the NX was, it doesn't feel that long ago lol

Yeah I see what you mean. My 'nostalgia' comes from never owning a Switch but seeing loads of playthroughs for games like Odyssey and AC: New Horizons. It feels like I've played these games if that makes sense.

Yes, gtaV. Id watch my brothers play the previous gta games and that was that for me. I wasnt compelled to make my own playthrough at all. Epic games had it free this one time back then and i picked it up for backlog. 2020 lockdown had me gtaRP for 8months, every day when able 8hrs or more easy. RP fatigue settled in and i thought itwas time for a break.

im playing through it now and enjoying the game a bit ngl. Like gtaV has stuff i hadnt done in gtarp and its fun af.

I was gonna play gtaV on my steam deck but i got too used to the pc controls haha.

Soo... its gonna steam deck playthroughs of metal gear solid V and marvels spiderman remastered thatll keep me busy on the go. Both games like gtaV i passed on because they were console games

Neopets, I never quite understood how it worked, but at one point they were fucking omnipresent. In a similar sense, the golden age of Korean freemium MMOs.

I guess AGDQ often features stuff I've forgotten or is from a certain era of gaming.
