I have noticed that a lot of times the mail app uses a lot of resources and the fan gets into overdrive. I have monitored the activity monitor and the cpu temperature and it seems that at random times, the mail app just gets into some mode where it uses a whole lot of resources, and it doesn't stop. I have a gmail account as a main and a school (exchange) account. I have tried resetting/reloading them, but with no luck. A cmd+Q fixes the issue, but only until it happens again. The way I have avoided the problem so far is by quitting (cmd+Q) the app whenever I'm done with mails Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it? (I know I can use other apps. I like the UI of the mail app and I would like it to be able to use Mail as a main app) --- Hell is not a place you go if you're not a Christian, it's the failure of your life's greatest ambition -Immortal Technique ...
