Alright yeah I'm getting tired of path of exile and the shitty archnemesis mobs so I re downloaded d3. You was talking necro so that's what I chose, they got the rat set for the seasonal challenge rewards. Army of the dead is pretty strong but idk the inna mystic ally monk might still be my favorite build.

I couldn't bring myself to play that build after that fat nerf it got. Fuck that. And I never liked Wave of Light that much.

I haven't played PoE since either Heist or the season after. Can't remember. Got to be too much. I first started in the Delirium season and bought some customized stash tabs which helped manage things a lot but after that it just got more and more out of hand each season.

Put a few rubies in your armor slots.

When not your class's primary damage stat, Intelligence still raises your elemental resistance, Dex your dodge chance, Strength your armor.

Since you already have mad Int from other gear, sacrifice a bit of damage for some flat damage resistance.

i also was fighting the Shadow of Terror version of diablo and i don't think i'm really geared for him anyways.

62 now, hit damage wall where I usually have to try and farm a new weapon but didn't need to this time and got one by happenstance. I think this will be an easy season through the set portions (but I will likely give up on it when it comes to the endgame shit like set dungeon mastery and conquests, like I always do oh well lol)

Bah I wish paragon farming was faster, or easier when you play solo. I play on console so I don't usually play in groups. I am burning out at 1400 or so already lol. I'd like to hit 2 or 3k but ugh so much grinding.

Only season I managed was season 24 with Ethereals and it was with the Fire Inna Monk, so damn strong. I was farming 130's in 3 mins but it still took a hell of a grind to hit 3k. I was just super determined that season.

It somewhat helps to keep things fresh by playing multiple builds, so far I've got Army of the Dead Necro, and Fist of the Heavens Crusader and I still want to make a Hammer of the Ancients Barb, Death nova Necro, and Meteor Wizard.

I've pushed Tier 108 so far. Meteor Wizard Build.

Been speed farming 120's with my Fist of the Heavens Crusader, last I pushed was 129 with Army of the Dead Necro. I was planning on augmenting it and then trying again but I ended up augmenting the Crusader set first for more speed farming. More paragon would be nice too but as mentioned...ugh lol.

i can instakill anything except diablo and malthael on t16 by running around on my horse and letting divine lightning do everything

Use that one to push Greater Rifts.

T16 is equal to about GR75.

It's fantastic for gear and you can upgrade legendary gems to something like your unlocked rift level +/- 5, I can't remember exactly.

Army of the Dead is powerful and fun but it's got terrible movement. I started on that because Necro is my favorite class.

But then I switched to Fist of the Heavens Crusader and it's hard to go back unless I want to push and since I augmented this set first I'd probably push better with this build anyway, though I'm not sure what changes a push version makes. But I've been using it to speed farm 120's in 3 mins or less.

level 69 now, nice.

looks like 2 more rifts to hit 70 (not gonna bother with more bounties until then. I want to keep my act-based bounty reward resources as even as possible >_>)

Damn, didn't think that crucible power was that OP.

Might have to try that if I ever get off my current Skyrim kick. I did manage to luck out with the right crucible power for UE multishot-strafe when the seaosn started.

How much time would it take to get that build from scratch? I also went with necromancer.

If you haven't used the rewards yet, whenever you want.

If you have, I'd recommend getting this one up enough to use it for loot grinding and resource acquisition before swapping.

I'm doing t15 greater rifts with my necromancer. Is it just going to be pure luck getting the Crusader set or is there a trick to grinding for sets easier?

I did get the rewards already.

Save up blood crystals and buy armor pieces from Kadala or whoever.

Once you have Hellfire Ring/top level ruby and amethyst you can swing someone to 70 by yourself in a couple hours tops.

So get a sader to 70 then gamble with them, get at least one set piece, if you get more than one use the cube to morph it.

Loot-wise a GR is typically your best bet.

I don't know enough about this season to be able to talk about season stuff, the last one I played was the Ethereal one.

welp, transition from 2-piece to 4-piece took all of maybe 15 minutes? Kill 2 bosses and cube something I didn't care to cube but thems the breaks.

I was under the impression this build (Meteor Wizard) was super active and I was anxious that it would be complicated to play, but I basically just have to spam meteor and let passives do the rest (and I was already using Magic Weapon and Familiar. I just had to switch runes and then switch from Ice Amor to Storm Armor, easy peasy and now I gotta just grind for gear. Easy peasy again. I'll hit my same usual wall when it comes to annoying shit like mastering set dungeons and conquests, but it should be fun until then and giving up at that point is par for the course so it's to be expected)

Not really liking the rathma set the cooldown makes the build too damn clunky to enjoy it's too slow. Welp time to roll another character, maybe monk yet again I feel like I wasted the haedrigs gift

I found legendaries that cool down the wait by a second every time you kill somthing and every time you use essence. There's like a 5 second cool down for mine.

Also there is a angelic radiance power that makes army of the dead always on.

It is a strong build and the cooldown for the Army of the Dead is short as mentioned above with proper support, but it really isn't a fast farming build unfortunately since it doesn't have great movement options.

You can use Steuart's Greaves in regular rifts and lower GRs but have to give them up when farming higher GRs.

i did blow my haedrigs gift on the necro set, but it goes quickly enough.

yeah it's been super easy to adapt to and fun so far for the only a few hours I've had a partial set. No peripheral gear yet (going for staves first since build recommends 2 of them (1 cubed) so I figure that's the best way to spend shards for now). Considering how strong the build is just with 4-piece and how all the peripheral gear buffs meteor, I'm looking forward to seeing its full potential.

finally found my Krysbin's Sentence ring.

4 to 6 piece was a bit more of a grind (keywardens were a bitch, mostly 1st and 3rd though. 2nd and 4th were easier).

Last step for the full set was GR 20. Did that on first try with a good amount of time left. Gambled a nice new weapon. Not what I needed for my build but enough of a buff to make working for build gear easier. Tomorrow is when the real fun begins.

I realize I never did complete chapter IV and get the last Haedrig's gift lol. I already had the full set by that point so I didn't need it. But I also usually don't give a shit about the season journey unless the rewards are worth it, and they haven't been in awhile.

Got my army of the dead power finally

I always forget how of much of a buff 4-piece to 6-piece is. GR20 was the last thing I had to do for 6-piece and it was a comfortable challenge. Then I do another GR20 after 6-piece and I'm killing everything in 1 hit. Moved up to T7 and GR 32 and nothing changed lol except now when I get hit, I notice visually that I have life missing. I'll try a T9 and GR-equivalent, but I might have just jumped straight from T4 to T10 without issue if I had thought to \_()_/

man I am getting FUCKED on legendaries -_-

T10, GR45 are comfortable for now, but I am not getting any of the pieces I need. No Meteor augmenters. Got a good ancient 2h weapon to keep damage up and obviously grinding well on paragons too but fuck me I can't catch a break. Already have a few angelic whatevers and more Caldensans than I'll need but nothing to fucking use them on D:

Facts, I usually don't bother unless I really want a particular reward.

GR45 with no set items is very doable even by most lazily-cobbled-together builds simply by making use of a single legendary gem, Legacy of Dreams (you'll want to level it up some first). There's no need to level up a monk and learn how to play Wave of Light, for instance; that's way overkill.

50m gold chain is very easily done in areas like Temple of the Firstborn or Ruins of Corvus that have large swarms of puny enemies that nevertheless can be made to drop a ton of gold using the Boon of the Hoarder legendary gem. Temple of the Firstborn would be my pick, as the swarms tend to show up more quickly and all at once, and there are fewer doors in the way to have to click on, but I've easily done it in both. It's best done with a maxed out gem at T16 along with a follower with Avarice Band equipped (Act 3 bounty drop) to help scoop up all the gold. The gem doesn't necessarily have to be maxed and it doesn't necessarily have to be T16, but the more you skimp on both of those things, the longer of a chain you will need to do to pull it off.

Out of the remaining conquests the easiest one would be the "kill all bosses on T10+ in 20 minutes" one. It only seems daunting at first, but once you have a good mobile build that can crush T16 content, this one should be a breeze (you can tack on things like Warzechian Armguards, Krelm's Buff Belt, Wreath of Lightning legendary gem, etc to most builds to make them more mobile if necessary). 8 set dungeons is a pain and absolutely requires grinding out gear on at least 2 different character classes, and entire campaign in 1 hour is actually very difficult compared to the bosses one, so just pretend those other two conquests don't exist.

Yeah, these are the three I do if I care to do them for the season, if they're available, or cursed.

I'm not even sure if I could do the campaign in an hour with my best character playing on Normal.
