An SSRI + Wellbutrin has really done wonders for me, I've been energized and more focused. Simple tasks aren't draining and I've been more capable of taking care of myself.

But, as is the usual, can't win for losing.

Unfortunately, it has elevated my anxiety to absolutely new heights. I have been in a constant state of high anxiety and teetering on the edge of panic attacks since about my 3rd week taking the wellbutrin. I've heard its temporary for some people, but also that in some cases its severe enough to warrant cessation. In one way, I'm the most functional I've been in years, but if I don't constantly keep moving, keep myself focused entirely on something I am an absolute wreck.

Guess I get what I deserve for thinking something good could happen to me without immediately being punished.

That sounds like me when I use to take adderall. It's when my panic attacks always felt around the corner.

That's a tough one man. I guess try to observe yourself the best you can and try to pinpoint what might be setting off your anxiety the most and if you can avoid whatever it is.
