Metal Gear Solid 3, RDR 2 and the canon ending of Sekiro. I wouldnt say emotionally destroyed but those ones definitely had me shed a tear.

It didn't completely destroy me, but Nier Automata left me emotionally numb. Nobody gets a happy ending in that game. Even the side quests that don't seem all that important tend to end badly for the NPCs involved in those quests.
