AMD seems to be stuck in this weird position of being priced only slightly lower than NVIDIA cards but having significantly pared-back feature sets (even if rasterization / compute is equal or better). I don't see why AMD can't just embrace the old ATI heritage of "same performance but significantly cheaper" or "significantly better performance at a similar price point" that defined their cards in the 2000s.

AMD has shown it can match NVIDIA's cards in performance, so it seems to be much more of a problem on the marketing/pricing side of things.
