There's a difference between cuckolding and cheating... called consent. That's the real issue here. Especially since op said a married team lead, did the wife consent to the husband being able to go out and see other people? Cause if not that's cheating, which is truly the issue with the situation. As well as did op's partner consent to the relationship between op and the team lead, as it seems the issue with them (op's partner) leaving and whatnot seems like they didn't.

Absolutely not. I can't see any logical reason why cheating would be justified and cheating is certainly a shitty thing todo. I value trust a lot and you can't trust someone who cheats. IF you're with someone and want other people enough to actually cheat then it's better just being single.

There is nothing justified about cheating. I am sure there are people who have cheated on someone and found the love of their life, or helped them get out of a bad situation. That does not make cheating okay though, cheating is an awful thing you can do to someone else. If you feel the need to cheat, get out of the relationship first.

That said, I think the husband here is more in the wrong than the TC.
