It could make her judgement prone to a number of biases that could negatively impact her input towards male patients. I understand this is a joke topic, but that is a valid reason to consider a different health professional if it seems like it's genuinely affecting their impartiality. There are scenarios in which I would just as likely suggest a female friend switch from male health professionals with similar biases, which has happened.
