I like pickles that don't contain sugar. If they're "bread and butter" or contain any amount of sugar, they're inedible and belong in the garbage.

I dislike them, I would say I used to hate them and the smell of them would even make me dry heave.

More recently I've had them in VERY limited situations and haven't hated it, but never made something taste better for me.

I'd always 100% rather no pickles though.

to me pickles need to be crunchy. just sticking a bunch of thin pickle chips into a burger all slathered with ketchup and mustard is always unpleasant and adds nothing to the sandwich

I like them by themselves, but don't usually like them on sandwiches or hamburgers. They can easily overpower the other flavors.

I also like pickled things in general. Pickled beets. Pickled tomatoes. Pickled peppers. I like vinegary and sour/tart stuff.
