It's recruit rate was so low, that you had to be at at least Level 90 while holding a Friend Bow for the chance to get it to get into positive integers, and even then, you only had a 0.1% chance of actually recruiting one. And the only way to even get them to spawn is to shoplift from one of their stores you find randomly in dungeons, which causes a horde of extremely high-leveled Kecleon to zerg-rush the player at twice the speed as the Player and the other Pokemon on the floor.

I don't think I ever did manage to get one.

i bought that game on the 3ds. even have that memory of that dog that was adopted out coming back to the house again.

though that dog was changed. it had separation anxiety.

Yeah kecleon had some insane stats to boot as well.

I'd certainly hope so.

I think I might have tried when I was younger, but didnt realize all the mechanics behind it, so I never really had a chance.

I don't understand why game make odds that low for shit >_> Come on, make it reasonable. I feel like I'm wasting my life trying to get one of them
