What DOES Objectivism say to do about the poor and incapable?

I watched a bunch of Ayn Rand interviews and she never outright says 'the parasite should wither and die', because that would be in contradiction to her moral position... and interviews on talkshows like Phil Donahue she would shutdown the questions outright.

In BioShock, Andrew Ryan does agree the parasite would wither and die and it's ok because they had every opportunity for success... but that doesn't account for the incapable, but that weirdly can be magicked away since Adam and Plasmids kinda made all people capable... if you couldn't work anymore cuz you lost your arms in an accident, you could get new ones, for example.

But that's not real life.

Actually it is real life. You can basically work as long as you can talk or communicate in any way. If you can't talk or communicate in any way, are you really even alive?

It's silly to say "Oh, I can't work because I have a bad back" in a world where there are tons of jobs that are done just by using a phone or typing on a keyboard. Almost everyone has the potential to do some job, even if the only thing you can do is hit a series of buttons depending on what department someone needs to be tranfered to (even if you have to do it with a pencil in your mouth etc).
