Steam Next fest is a week long event(ends on the 10th) where a bunch of demos are available for a lot of Indie and middle budget(or Double A as they're often called) games. Let's recommend some to each other.

So far I've played Asterigos: Curse of the Stars. It's a souls-lite rpg that's based off of Norse Mythology.

This was pretty damn satisfying, It's probably the first soulsish game that I've played where easy is, god forbid, actually easy! YES, FINALLY!

I really like the look of the game, as well as the music, and the combat and stuff, but again, way too hard for me, so I'm moving on
