Playing the Definitive Edition on Switch and about 10 hours in. Its ok but the story isnt really grabbing me and Im not really liking the battle system. Does the story get significantly better or should I just drop it now? --- I am the nucleus. ... Copied to Clipboard!

it's an incredibly long game and you've barely even experienced the battle system. the plot should have grabbed you by now, but i can definitely say the battle system gets better ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'd say play until you get a couple more party members (the battle system will get better then IMO). The story has some good moments early, but some of the later moments can really hook you if you stay with it. If you get to close to the 20 hour mark (you'd be about 1/3 done with the main story in the game if that's all you're doing) and you're still not feeling it (lol pun intended), I'd probably say drop it. --- NNID: dmaster342 Switch FC: SW-7536-6913-0987 3DS FC: 3411-5415-9967 ...
