You could probably find some decent maternity jeans or leggings and just wear loose fitting shirts. Yet about 80% of maternity stuff is dresses and the few pants that exist look like stuff 80-year-olds would wear. Unless you count all those cosplay anime schoolgirl outfits my wife keeps buying me.
