a lot of cereals have gotten nerfed in terms of flavor...Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs and probably a lot more. They just taste...healthy. Like Fruity Pebbles tastes like flavored Rice Krispies and Cocoa Puffs tastes like chocolate-flavored Kix. Doesn't taste at all like how they used to. Cap'n Crunch with the berries is still a solid cereal though. Tastes exactly how I remember it tasting in grade school. Sugary and with the same exact flavor.

my sister once ordered an entire fucking bag of like 3x2 foot bag (it was vaguely human sized) of lucky charms. literally just lucky charms. just the tasty part.

ive since realized adulting is relative. tbh whoever orders a 3x2ft bag of lucky charms wins at everything.

Unfortunately Fruity Pebbles still get stuck in your teeth despite turning to mush within 40 seconds of milk-contact, just like when I was a kid

it's honestly still enjoyable but goddam it is definitely not as good as it used to be. idc if it made me overweight in elementary school and potentially increased my risk of getting cancer. that sweet "fruity" perfectly textured cereal was incredible. now it's just a puffed up rice with less flavor and sweetness :(

same with trix. trix is basically just "fruit-flavored" kix. I wasn't a huge fan of trix but it was still enjoyable. now it's just bleh.

I thought Coco Puffs tasted much, much worse lately. I was beginning to think I grew out of it since it was delicious when I was a kid.

Fruity Pebbles still tastes fine, though I prefer Coco Pebbles.
