As a former Starbucks employee, shes right. But its reserved for Diamond tier Platinum club members, and only when they exceed a certain point value each month (and the point value is absurdly high)

I'm caught between chuckling and also thinking this is pretty much sexual harassment so I'm not surprised. Imagine if a man was doing this? It'd be looked at pretty harshly. I don't think it makes me better in this instance coming from a woman. But ymmv.

Security footage, but that will probably only be reviewed if somebody recognizes her and complains. If that does happen, though, she could be on the hook for trespassing charges.

Theyre completely in the right for banning, if you prank somewhere enough you get banned.

But I wouldnt lampoon shoe either, or at least the concept. I havent seen her videos. It can be a mostly harmless joke and doesnt have to be harassment.

Neither of those are a given though. Guys are more often socially starved so the batting average would be lower for guys.
