Braves got knocked out by the phils and my panthers are sucking down a shit sandwich (though they did stick it to Tom Brady today, so there's that). Not good.

Red Wings are 2-0-2 and leading the Schmucks 3-1 in the second. Looking good so far.

Jazz surprisingly starting off the season with wins against a potential top seed and another sure playoff team. Knew they had the potential to be too good to properly tank, but everything's clicking better than I expected right off the bat.

Cubs are back to their usual MO of not playing in October.

The New Zealand T20 cricket team demolished Australia (the probable tournament favourites) in their first game of the world cup, so very nice to see.

Glasgow Rangers fucking suck. They are being humiliated in The Champions League and are drawing (tieing) matches with teams they should be beating in The Scottish Premiership. It is time for the crap manager to go.

Cowboys are okay so far. Michigan looks solid. The Rangers look very good at points; looking forward to the Avs game tonight.

Da Red Sox haven't played dis month because dey sucked dis year lol. Da Patriots have been underwhelming but deir schedule has not been so easy and dey had injuries. Da Bruins and Celtics are both off to a good start so far.

Mate I know about as much about American Sports as you probably do about Scottish Football (soccer).

I am British (Scottish) and my knowledge of US sport is very very limited. I have only heard of a couple of US Football teams and know nothing of Baseball or Ice Hockey.

I had heard of The New York Yankees but I had to look up which sport they played as I could never remember which sport they played (Baseball), I had never heard of The Mets but I have heard of New York Rangers.

It just seems weird and confusing that one second he is talking about Baseball and the next he is talking about Ice Hockey.

Go and take a look at my first post and you will see I called my team Glasgow Rangers. Glasgow isn't actually an official part of their name it is actually Rangers Football Club but "Glasgow" is added to stop confusion with other teams with "Rangers" in their name.

They're doing alright. They are in the top 25 and near the top of the Big 10.

Well, okay, makes sense that you wouldn't know the context. But yeah, most American sports fans are going to catch that - he had just mentioned two New York football teams (and was quoting a post about the third), a New York basketball team, and two New York baseball teams.

Eagles are undefeated and the Phillies are in the World Series. Doing alright I guess.
