I read obesity is main factor for parasites in human body. So that may explain it

Not possessed by parasites but due to the chemicals in a lot of food, there are definitely parasites in our bodies and only when we solely eat the organic of organic foods, can we have a clean body inside.

Most of those chemicals are to prevent parasites and other pathogens from infecting/infesting the food. They cause plenty of other problems in their own right, but that's almost invariably a consequence of their own toxicity and not them somehow introducing parasites.
