Lakeith Stanfield

I think he could pull off the emotionally detached mannerisms that Reed often has while still being able to humanize him and bring him back down to Earth when necessary

He was in Spider-Man Homecoming. He played Aaron Davis (who would become The Prowler), Miles Morales' uncle.

He'd definitely make for a good one.

But I would be interested in seeing him come back as the actual Prowler somewhere down the line too.

I do hope that they find some sort of meaty role for Lakeith Stanfield in the future though. Great young actor, and I can see him in a few Marvel roles. If he can pull off the cajun accent, he might also be a solid pick for Gambit since he has that "cool" factor.

Stephen Colbert

Didn't he do the parody version in venture bros?

Also it kind of blows my mind fantastic 4 still hasn't gotten a decent adaptation considering how prolific and influential the comics were.

The early 2000s movie was aight in a comedic way (the scene where the thing is making orange juice by just squeezing an entire bag of oranges together is just so absurd I lmao everytime I see it)

Imo I'd like to see him in more dramas and artsy movies, dunno if his style would work or shine through in a Marvel movie

If he's given a meaty enough role, I think it could work. I think he's just too good to not see what he could bring to the MCU

Yes, he (sometimes) voices Professor Impossible later Professor Incorrigible. The Impossibles are very blatantly the Fantastic Four except wrong: Sally's power only turns her skin transparent, Cody feels like he's constantly burning alive, and Ned was apparently always mentally handicapped, but is now also The Thing, so I guess he made out okayish? Only Professor Impossible is basically 1:1 with his counterpart.

Colbert voiced Prof. Impossible's initial appearance, but blew up almost immediately afterward. They couldn't get in touch with him for whatever reason and cast Bill Hader to replace him, but eventually Colbert learned about it and thought they just dumped him (which he was hurt about), so they brought him back for later appearances.
