He also faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance-penalty group one 4 grams - 200 grams, a second-degree felony. Wow, dude. This whole time I've been getting a bit anxious when my sticker is about to expire and this dude has been riding around with a registration sticker from 2009 AND had heroin in his car.
