If I wasn't sure my social media was filled with morons before I'm positive about it now. I'm seeing way too many people defending Kanye like he's going against the grain or some shit.

Its usually the same type of people that put actual stock into horoscopes and think that shits science. So I shouldn't be surprised. Lowest common denominator.

I'm not the one that was complaining about the lyrics, it was some Jewish people that were offended. I can't argue why because I'm not Jewish. I listen to a lot of rap, do you have any idea how many offensive things I've heard?

I am not sure what they are referring to but I did see an opinion piece about The Story of Otis where Jay had a a line saying "Why you think Jewish people all own land" or something like that.

The writer was saying how this is anti-Semitic because it perpetuates the stereotype of Jewish people owning everything and hyper-focused on money.

It's not my place to say yes or no since I'm not Jewish but I think what Jay was trying to say was trying to compliment the Jewish community while also questioning why the black community has done something similar.

So yeah, nothing like what Kanye is doing in the slightest. I think Jay was just trying to give props in a way that comes across as stereotypical.

Credit where it's due to Adidas, this is such a HUGE deal for them I don't think anyone can reasonably argue they're just looking at their bottom line. That partnership was something like 10% of all of their revenue.

I dont recall any lyrics from Swifts songs that are even remotely anti-Semitic, nor do I remember any of her songs that sparked criticism from jewish communities(unlike Jay-Z), but I probably missed it so feel free to enlighten me
