I think there are certain things that CERO is a bit more hard on than the ESRB is. Like dismemberment. That's why you couldn't get decapitated by the chainsaw in the Japanese version RE4, and why the Grand Theft Auto games released there remove the head exploding effect when you snipe people. There was probably an instance of that or something in the game they were asked to remove and they chose not. It's probably not more excessively gory than other games released in the past, they just probably didn't want to bother censoring it like all the others. --- Okay, I rolled a 14. What's that mean?
