Neh. When you do things out the kindness of your heart, it's very easy to identify others that do the same. If you don't, you won't want to believe others are because it comes with the realization you're the asshole lol. There is definitely a way to twist everything into seeing it as self interest tho. Since being kind has direct benefits and rewards if you value it back in return.
