It's basically the split pad Pro, but smaller so a lot more friendly with portable mode. Still has the same stick quality and build quality that makes it significantly better than the joycons.

looks nice. i have the regular ones and really like the bulky ergonomic handles, though. but yeah, they shit on the joy cons, and are really cheap for the quality

I literally have never used the joy-cons ever since getting my Split Pad Pro 2 years ago. But this one looks like it will be even better because it's the same quality but more portable.

Does it come in other colors?

I really wish versions were available that have the dpad align with the face buttons instead of the left stick

Personally, I much prefer the offset style (Xbox instead of PlayStation)

Im glad its made but i prefer the bigger size of the normal ones and the colors more. Its still huge so might as well be big af.

asymmetrical was nice on the GameCube controller, but that was because of the octagonal gates

Just now trying it out, and my initial impression is that it is significantly more comfortable than the original. Still has the precise console style analog sticks, but much more ergonomic.
