Been trying to lose for a while, but got more serious about it starting in July.

Ive lost 30lbs since January, 25lbs since July.

today my BMI dropped below 40, and so Im no longer Class 3 obese. Obviously Class 2 isnt a much better place to be and bmi isnt perfect blah blah blah. But Im getting there!

You will feel so much better when you lose and lose.

The best feeling of all is when you go a few days straight of eating at a caloric defecit(in my case 1,500-2,000 a day) andc you don't feel constant bloat because your body has time to actually process a normal amount of food. You don't feel as fat.

I feel like if most people(who are overweight) just went 5 straight days eating a similar number of calories they would realize just how good it feels to not constantly have a stomach full of food.

Yeah Im feeling good! Im a bit afraid of next week, as Ill be visiting both my family and my gfs family for a few days, and they both cook with a lot of butter/oil, and will probably want to eat out at least once or twice.

i feel like for those situations you just need to make smart choices(like, a small or medium vs large when ordering out) but I wouldn't stress out over it. Some days are kinda shot, but you just get back at it when it's over. I say just enjoy it, don't worry, and go back to work later.
