time for chefs/bolts

my fucking LANDLORD inadvertently spoiled today's Patriots game for me. I was recording to watch later. He must've been watching live. During what I assumed to be late in the game, I heard him (through the wall) cheering and clapping, so I figured something exciting and good happened. Watched the game later and it was tied at 3 with less than a minute left, so I figured whatever happened must have happened at the very end or maybe in OT. Sure enough, Patriots' punt returner breaks through and I'm like "welp, spoilers, he's taking it all the way" and he does with 5 seconds left on the clock. Happy with the outcome of course but it was less exciting because of that. Guess I should have watched live too, but I wanted to drink for the game and didn't want to start that early, plus I like recording so I can skip commercials.

Also lol at Giants. Looks like Mabus wins this week.

And AFC east is looking very amusing right now. I'm kinda rooting for all 4 teams to make the playoffs just for lulz (though I don't want NE to have to play Miami. That often doesn't end well)

There's no inalienable right to be protected from sports scores spoilers.

nah, I doubt he doesn't tip, and he does have a dog which might be a pitbull mix? Not sure, dog is well-behaved and friendly either way though.

I do know he voted for trump in 2016. which is a red flag, but I don't know what his politics are now. I did see that he was watching midterm coverage on election night a few weeks ago and my best guess was it was fox news, which is a bad sign, but he doesn't bring up politics any time I run into him and I don't either... and I've known him since before he bought the place, I've gotten drunk with him, I've smoked with him, I've watched football with him and played poker with him and he did a good job renovating/upgrading my apartment last year so he gets a top tier rating from me and does not at all deserve the typical "CE reputation of landlords in general" lol >_>

oh and I played Mario Kart with him too once (actual 64 version on actual 64 console. We both got our asses kicked though by NPCs because we were too fucked up to play well)

Got my Thanksgiving bird ready. So I actually also bought a small turkey breast because my brother told me he was going to stay here and now he tells me he's going to his gfs. I got pissed and said fuck it im cooking the godamn thing anyway since I never have before so this will be a good test Turkey for me. I have had this bird before though and i'm tryin it out right now to make sure it's good enough for Thursday
