Shrimp fried rice, wonton soup, and dumplings, I love them so much, but I must stay strong. It doesn't help that Chinese food is a huge guessing game for calories since no restaurant puts up their calories.

Chinese food...or Americanized Chinese food to me, kinda feels like comfort food.
Like it can be fun to eat, but after I feel like I got no real nutrition out of it.

My stomach has shrank and I'm not able to eat as much as I used to, but yeah even so I can see that

it's not though? most Chinese food has a lot of veggies and protein and is pretty low calorie compared to your average American fare.

I usually just opt out of no rice or noodles and eat whatever else with side of mixed veggies or whatever they over. Saves a lot of calories.
