Like youre inside your mom at 98F for almost a year, and suddenly you come out and 70F is the comfortable temperature Why is this?

I'm pretty sure there are other differences in environment, my dude.

For one thing your lungs aren't full of fluid.

98 degrees in a liquid is pretty comfortable. Aren't babies surrounded by amniotic fluid?

Technically, air is a fluid so your lungs are still full of fluid now. Speaking of which, how come babies inside the womb cant scream, with the womb water? Babies in womb practice breathing I wonder if babies can scream or cry inside the womb.

ANYWHO, what does that have to do with comfortable temperatures?

Also a 70 degree pool is very unpleasant.

98F water is way too hot! 80ish is good

Googled this and babies do cry in the womb, but no sound is made because theres no air. I wish they explained more like why do you need air to make a sound? Theres a fluid in there to carry sound

But drown if we do it outside of the womb

Your vocal cords aren't really designed to work in a fluid environment.

IIRC it makes a bit of noise but more like a grinding sort of sound than a cry.

Even though babies in utero breath the fluid the actual blood exchange to oxygenated blood is done by the mother and passed through the umbilical chord.

Air is a fluid, as well; so why cant the amniotic fluid be used to make sound? Vocal cords not working to vibrate as fast to make noise with amniotic fluid vs air is a good plausible answer to me by @DrzztLink

Air is a gas with fluid suspension, not a fluid.
