I was going to binge this after it all came out, but if they're actually showing the OG in action I might have to watch now. Are they continuing to show them after this episode, or is it back to continuing the main plot after this? --- @('_')@ ... Copied to Clipboard!

Holy fuck I just watched up to the latest episode. This is legit epic. Art style and animation are incredible, and the ending OST is just *chefs kiss*. Not a bad episode among them; wonderfully paced. Guess this is what happens when you adapt an already complete series, and the creator is at the helm. Def an A-tier adaptation overall thus far. Enjoying the new Kubo-approved content. They just got to work on the characters looking real off-model sometimes, some pacing issues, and making the music stand out as much as the OG series' music did. It was a good episode, hell even a GREAT episode but its no where near pain arc level yet And knowing what happens in da manga at da end, i doubt it will ever reach dat level unless dey change a lot of things. Overall, it's a pretty good adaptation so far. They're cutting mostly useless stuff, aside from some useful stuff like Loyd/Royd explanation, while expanding on stuff that actually provides a bit more context. ... Copied to Clipboard!
