So, over the last few months I rewatched all of Dexter. That show is a real roller coaster ride. Some seasons are great others are bad.
Then we all know how bad the series final was. My recent rewatch was the first time I had seen it since it aired originally.
It was even worse than I remembered.

So, then I went on to New Blood. I was wondering how they could possibly revive the show. They somehow pulled it off because it was so good. It totally makes up for that old ending.

If you liked Dexter back then I highly recommend watching it

Was a big fan of it myself. It had a few "meh" moments but it all comes together very nicely overall.

Yeah I don't get it.

I'm not gonna argue it was high art or w.e. but it was definitely a satisfying end to the character.

Felt like it ended in the best possible way, tbh. At least, staying within the spirit of the show.

This is how I felt. I didn't mind what happened, I just didn't like how I came together.

I dont mind what happened to Dexter. But I felt bad for his son. He just gets sent away
