My triglycerides are high. I will admit I am bare minimum mode (which mean I still have a long way to cut out fatty foods out of my diet.) But one of the first thing I want to work on was not using so much ranch dressing on my salad. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/user_image/1/8/7/AATsAmAAD7wT.jpg --- PSN/XBL: OMNIRYU; Rooting for Zio to find love and Switch FC: 5419 6809 0486 friendship ... Just use less. Ranch goes a long way but we don't always realize it because we glob it on. Start by using half the Ranch you used to do. Shake your salad for a good distribution. Then move to half that. Alternatively, blend up some cottage cheese and add ranch powder to it and use that on your salad instead. It's much healthier. --- *Gheb is my other account* ... I am told I am pre diabetic and I have cut back on sugar the last few months (although I pick back up some bad habits here and there). I mainly drink zero sugar drinks. I have Stevie for my cold and hot tea. The only issue I have is family forcing me to eat the sugary, fatty, and heavy carb stuff. I hate that shit.
