Just special blends meant to be more spicy or cheery or something. People are stressed out over the organized price gouging that our media refers to as normal inflation. Between the hiked up rent prices, hiked up grocery prices, and other things, nobody seems to be very happy to have to go out and be forced by societal norms and expectations to spend what little money the landlord allowed them to keep on trinkets.
