Back and biceps day.

4 sets deadlift
4 sets Lat pulldowns
4 sets standing mid back rows
3 sets rear delt flys

Bicep
4 sets Standing curls
4 sets hammer curls
2 sets seated preacher curls
Dropset alternating hammer/normal curls to failure.

Yes I encourage everyone to try and workout. Be it cardio, resistance bands, weightlifting, yoga etc or a mixture it's good to be active and keep your body well maintained :)
