pretty sure that's a no. I'm guessing it would just appear as a black square in nearly all screen capture software

To bypass the black screen when screensharing Netflix:

Go into your browser, and disable Hardware Acceleration.

Fixes it right up.

So this isn't directly what your solution was for, but I'm going to test this at work tomorrow to see if it gets around the black screen when connecting to our wireless projector tech. If it does, it'll save me from running a 30 foot hdmi cable in someone's room and they'll be stoked.

Even if it doesn't work, thanks for sharing your solution to the TC.

I will try this, but I also found a solution called Teleparty. Only catch is that all parties need to have Netflix, but it does sync all of the screens up
