Kid has been known to attack his cousins, swing puppies around by their tail and even fill a balloon with gasoline which he used in his living room.

And to top it all off he used his mom's credit card to buy himself a VR headset from Amazon and then after admitting to kill his mom he asked if his VR headset had arrived yet.

It's why I have to assume even if he's charged as an adult he might get away with a mentally unfit ruling which would see him locked up in an asylum or something well into his 20s.

it starts with harm to animals. then work it's way up.
would say he needs help but because he took a life. has to be protected so he cant harm others.

Animal abuse as a child is an insanely strong predictor of much more psychopathic behavior later in life.

I don't care that he's 10, you can't rehabilitate a psychopath. He should spend the rest of his life in jail/prison.
