Yeah. It can get majorly fucked up. They mailed me the wrong thing once, I returned it and they mailed me the wrong replacement item. So I said fuck it just cancel the order so I can return this. I returned it and they didn't give me my money back. Because technically the item that was returned didn't have a cost value on it since it was free as a replacement for the first order. And I can't "cancel" the first order because it was already returned for the replacement which was still the wrong item. It was quite annoying to get it sorted out. --- I use Google... Amazon has a pretty good return system. You just bring an item to any UPS store and it will get shipped for free. You even get your refund before the item is even returned to Amazon. --- *flops* ... Copied to Clipboard!

I dont like that you dont have the option to pack your own stuff up anymore. Brought three different items to UPS to be returned, two of them got back to Amazon no problem, but the third was lost and I got charged for it. I have a feeling that someone at the UPS Store decided to take it for themselves, so now any time I need to return something, I get to wonder if itll actually get returned --- Fate rarely calls on us at a moment of our choosing. ...
