tl;dw:
-A dev build was extracted from Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer
-Has all the characters in the final build except the secret skaters. Most of the outfits are different
-create-a-skater is basically just leftovers from THPS3 and has less customization options for body scaling
-female create-a-skaters have tons of jiggle physics in their boobs like Daisy does in the final game >___> (wish that stayed in....)
-The only accessible levels are the Practice and College. Trying to load any other level crashes the game.
-All 23 goals are accessible and most of them are completable, though in various states of buggy-ness
-3 scrapped minigames are found: Doing manuals to impresss sorority girls, doing basketball free throws, and 1v1 basketball
-various debug options are available like wireframe mapping, model tests, and cheats from THPS3
-minor texture differences and other small shit like Atiba Jefferson being absent

Pretty neat! I wish the THPS series was still alive >_>

I really love what they did with Tony Hawk 4, took the series to the next level

THPS3 is still my favorite but 4 is definitely up there
