Well, at the moment, one of my weaknesses is that I don't have the position yet.

I'm too great! Haha, but seriously, Bob...

Say something you could reasonably work on, and acknowledge that you need to do better and have been trying. For instance.

'I focus a bit too much on my own work, sometimes I can tune out when my coworkers need some help, I've been trying make sure I'm paying attention better to help out if needed'.

Depends on the position, but that's something relatively inoffensive, and isn't hard to 'improve' upon.

I got a good chuckle when someone said daylight, silver, and garlic in an interview once.

Do they even ask this anymore? The last few interviews I did this was never asked.

I haven't seen this question in awhile, but my go to is something along the lines of being a bit forgetful, but compensating by always jotting down notes and keeping a planner to help me stay organized

Don't say say anything that would disqualify you from the job and anything top damning. You can bring up some weaknesses and turn some of them around.

I had this asked once. I responded "I'm very ticklish, especially around the hips".
And to no one's surprise I didn't get the job.

"I work too hard, and never use up my vacation time."

"I'm not good at answering questions about my weaknesses."

"My weakness is I sometimes have trouble containing my rage upon being asked bullshit questions like this one. One more and I will lose it."

"I have little patience for people that are bad at interviewing. There are multiple ways to phrase this type of question to get a better response that could be useful to you as an interviewer. Now get the fuck out of here with your generic questions that you printed off of the internet. This is my office now."
