It's a long one but pretty good and well worth the watch! They touched on a lot of hot subjects and there's diverse viewpoints from both sides.

my thoughts on the speakers:
Tiffany and Amala are pretty cool. While I might disagree on some of their views and opinions, I respect them, and they showed some empathy. Amala is really smart and brings data and stood out the most with the conservative women side. She spoke the most but was respectful. Aliya just comes off as consistently rude, ignorant, and dismissive of trans women whenever she opens up her mouth. She brings her religion a lot.

I don't agree with some things Blossom said, but her heart was in the right direction. She was pretty radical. The other two transgender women were cool. I really liked the oldest one, who happened to be born intersex but had some conservative beliefs (a lot of older trans women are more conservative), and shared some interesting personal experiences. Overall a pretty diverse group.

Yeah the religious lady was kinda trying to push on her beliefs to others when she talked. It got heated, but she barely talked overall.

So if they take birth control that stops menstruation are they no longer women?

They have time stamps for each topic. The topics and the discussions are really interested enough to make you watch the whole thing straight though.

Transmen identity wasn't really discussed. The menstruation thing is just a sensationalist topic title they put for the title of the thread. There wasn't a big argument from the conservative side on the "ability to give birth is a woman's strength."

I'm not especially interested in the "who gets to decide if trans women get to live" argument, personally.

If they would use their brains for a second, they would remember a little thing called menopause. And then theres women that have to get a hysterectomy.
