Especially when you have more responsibilities and higher risk of getting sued (like physicians). The worst part is that no matter what you do, patients nowadays treat the hospital and healthcare in general, as a hotel and a commodity. IF you don't serve them sandwiches or a 5 star steak during their stay, they don't care what they are here for and give you a bad rating and complain to admins about their stay. The patients nowadays are very unrealistic.
