When I came to GameFAQs a advert of Hero Wars appeared, but the question is why. Plus it was one of those fake advert.
Why is GameFAQs accepting fake games now as advert.
It is bad when fake games appears on Facebook, now even GameFAQs it appeared.

Fake games and people playing bad on adverts, that is what stops mobile phone from being a good gaming platform. Mobile phone is a joke when it comes to gaming.

That explains why I got advert, but it doesn't explain why GameFAQs supports fake games now as advert.
The PC I am using doesn't have adblocker.

Because, websites don't run ads themselves, but stick in a few (dozen) <script> tags and expect it to be a magic money button.

The PC I am using doesn't have adblocker.
My work computer doesn't either, but NoScript and Privacy Badger become an adblocker, due to all the middlemen involved.

It's based on your browsing history but you can also report bad/inappropriate ads.

On mobile phone I got adverts, but never about Hero Wars. This is the first time I am seeing it in GameFAQs.

I really hate Hero Wars, after all the 100s of advert I had to block in Facebook. Nowadays they don't appear anymore in Facebook.

Everyone in GameFAQs should report Hero Wars adverts, we members shouldn't allow fake games like Hero Wars to get away by spamming adverts here. Companies that rely on fake adverts they deserve to get into trouble.

The report advert is in the footer area.

The company that does Hero Wars are trolls who relies on misleading people. They are a huge fraud.
